Wild Life Limited Terms of Sale and Webstore Use

These Terms apply to online webstore purchases of Products from Wild Life. If you browse or order at Wild Life’s Webstore at www.wild-life.co.nz , you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

PRODUCTS

Product descriptions and specifications displayed on the Webstore may change without notice. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Wild Life is not as described, please see our Returns  policy.

PRICES

Wild Life Limited is a New Zealand business.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. A GST receipt will be provided with all purchases.

Prices displayed on the Webstore exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown separately before completion of an order. Prices displayed on the Webstore may change without notice.

If a price displayed on the Webstore is incorrect, we may contact you before arranging delivery of the Product to confirm whether you want to buy the Product at the correct price.

ONLINE WEBSTORE PURCHASES

You may order a Product from the Webstore by following the directions on the Webstore and providing all details we require to enable us to process payment, fulfil the order and arrange delivery (if applicable). By placing an order, you offer to purchase the Products ordered. Orders are accepted by us when we email you an order confirmation and/or if we phone you to confirm. All orders are subject to Product availability.

We may decline to accept an order. We may cancel an order before the Products have been dispatched. You will be refunded in full for any payment you made for an order which we cancel.

You must be 18 or over to place orders on our Webstore. By placing an order and accepting these Terms you confirm you are over the age of 18 years.

YOUR WEBSTORE ACCOUNT

You can browse and order as a guest or you can register as a Webstore Account Holder. Your address details will be saved by us.

We may refuse service or suspend or terminate your Webstore Account at any time in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Webstore Account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Webstore Account and password.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

Payment for an order will be processed immediately upon an order being made.

Payments are processed through 'Click' by Paymark, a third party secure hosted Payment facility. You are redirected to the Click secure page where you can see your card being authorised in real time, in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol secure environment. Click by Paymark is certified AIS compliant .

We do not store your card details. For your security please do not email us with your card details.

TITLE AND RISK

We own the Products until they have been paid for in full.

Risk of loss and title for all Products in your order passes to you on our delivery to the carrier.

PRIVACY

By using our Webstore and/or providing information to us, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information when it is necessary for us to perform necessary business activities. We will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes unrelated to our business activities and the Products we sell, unless we first obtain your consent.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTIONAL EMAILS

When you visit our Webstore or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receiving advertising, marketing and other promotional material from us by email. You may unsubscribe at any time from receiving further promotional material by emailing us.

Our Webstore is provided an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not give any representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the Webstore or the information on it.

Your use of this Webstore site is at your sole risk. We are not liable in any way (including negligence, tort and equity) to you or to any other person in connection with any Products or relating to the Webstore site, for any loss whatsoever including loss of income, profits, savings or goodwill or for any indirect or consequential loss or special or exemplary damages.

New Zealand Law applies to these Terms and any purchase from us.
