Orders will be sent the next working day.

Items will be sent in pre-paid NZ Post parcel bags.

Delivery can take 2 to 5 days depending on your location. Delivery may take additional time during sales, holidays and for other reasons. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery, or for any order that is delayed, declined or not accepted due to any interruption to an internet connection or computer issue.

All deliveries will be tracked with NZ Post. We will email you an order confirmation.

Please put your correct delivery details when you place an order. If you have supplied incorrect or insufficient delivery details, extra delivery charges are at your cost.

Please contact us for delivery outside New Zealand.

RETURN

If you purchase an item on-line from us and you are not happy with it, please contact us within 5 days via:

  • phone: 03 315 7720.

Any items must be returned to us within 7 working days in brand new condition with pricing labels attached, and a copy of the receipt enclosed. Return to Wild Life Limited, 47 Amuri Avenue, Hanmer Springs 7334, New Zealand.

What you can’t return

Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Clearance items, specifically marked as such, cannot be returned.

What you can return

Refunds on returns (unless faulty or incorrect item) will only be given at our discretion. Please contact us before returning an item.

Incorrect sizing - If you are returning for a different size or alternative product, please contact us first. We will endeavour to get you the right size. Return delivery to us is at your cost, as is delivery back to you of a different size or alternative product. Please enclose a pre-paid return postage bag with your details already completed. If we cannot supply within 10 working days an alternative size or alternative product upon receipt of the returned item in brand new condition, a credit to your Webstore Account with us will be issued.

Faulty or incorrect item that does not materially conform to our Webstore description - we will replace, repair or refund the item at our option. We will also refund your return postage with a credit on your Webstore Account with us.

If we have made the mistake or the item is faulty we will refund your return postage with a credit on your online account with us.
