WILD LIFE FOOTWEAR GUARANTEE / RETURNS POLICY
This applies to all footwear bought from us but is especially relevant for Te Awaroa (TA) walkers who purchase footwear from us.
Your footwear purchase from us is covered by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, no other warranty applies.
This Guarantee does not apply to products not bought directly from us.
This is a fit for purpose, reasonable use Guarantee.
If you use the shoes for more than they were designed or intended, the Guarantee will not apply.
For example a light weight hiking or running shoe is not designed for heavy duty multi day hikes.
Your shoes will not last forever and the following will be considered by us and not covered if the shoe is returned. If:
· Shoes are constantly wet and/or used for multiple days and have deteriorated as a result of this
· The Sole is wearing out
· The Colour has faded
· Fraying or abrasion due to wear
· Cuts, scratches, scorches or burns
· Faults caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
· Wrong fit
· A fault occurring and the product is not immediately returned but continued to be used.
If your shoe is assessed as having had a fault we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
